Get tough...don't work under pressure, work over pressure! This line defines who I am. I'm in the GCC region as an expat and managing a workplace. I explore/travel though not as extensively and write on the side. I love meeting friends whoever they are irrespective of color, creed or religious view. I believe that all men are equal. No difference between the Jew or the Greek, rich or poor, black or white, bright or dumb for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

A Fort worth visiting

Gazing on the faraway mountains in the Nakhal interior town, one could hardly miss spotting this so so so old Fort  standing on an irregular shaped rock which is estimated to be of the Pre-Islamic period origin. It looked very well preserved and has undergone constant renovation overtime.Nakhal Fort is an entrenched building that rises at the base of Mt. Nakhal northeast of Jebel Al Akhdar or Green Mountain.

Clams Clams Clams

Vid clip shows fresh clams  in the Philippines, being soaked  in tap water for a few hours. This is done so that clams will voluntarily open themselves and spit-out the sand and other impurities that they have after which you’ll notice that the bowl with water and clam will be murky towards the end, with sand particles visible. Rinsing follows and cooking starts.Soup anyone?
